Unicorn Insurance Brokers Limited was formed with the merger of Two Leading Insurance Brokerages in 1989 - Inamdar & Co., Incorporated in 1964 was at the time the only indigenous Broker in the Region, founded by Mr. Vinay Inamdar. and Knox International Ltd, incorporated in 1978 which was one of the fastest growing brokerages at the time, founded by Mr. P.K.Chakrabarti who remains as the Chairman of Unicorn Insurance Brokers Ltd.
